Proposal: Investing in Telier for an ownership of the company

Austin Dash, (Stacy Dash’s son) has a business opportunity for AkitaDAO. A designer fashion company has raised 250k and goes into production in the next few months. The opportunity if for AKITA to invest $7500. In return we would be receiving 5% equity and would be auctioning and releasing collaborating pieces.

It is a cut & sew brand Telier with a few influencer/music artist/manufacturer friends, which is what this investment of $7.5k would be for.

They plan on around 6 capsules (clothing releases) a year. as far as revenue this is pre-launch, but for projected numbers one of their partners manages over 40 clothing/lifestyle brands and his most recent project they did 8 million over 3 months. he deals in printables and does merch for NBA youngboy, adin ross, themexicanot and other influencer/artists. Cut and sew is a bit different and cause it’s hand made so they’re not positive on how much theyre able to produce each capsule, its more exclusivity and high cost than producing mass products. With their connection to celebrities and influencers connected to the project, it should be worth it to invest now for 5% equity in Telier and 10% equity in Porcelain.

How much would we expect the profits of the 5% and the 10% ownership to be? And how often?

Does the $7,500 cover for both Telier and Porcelain ownership?

My initial questions:
Will they represent only AKITA or HACHI or both?
How does the investment take place?
Do they accept crypto for this investment?
Do they accept crypto payments for their products?
Who manages this process and how often can we expect updates?
How do we track our ROI?
Who else is investing in this company?
What marketing and promotion is provided by these companies?
Are there any expectations of the DAO to also be marketing/promoting (ie spending more than the initial investment)?
Are they promoting to crypto-friendly audiences already?
