Regarding the “be more active in social media please”: Based on what I see, there is room for more marketing/social media people in the Akita “team”.
If someone raised a proposal and said “I can do marketing, this is my marketing plan for Akita {insert plan}, and I can execute on it for this much money”…then that sounds like a great discussion to have. There is money for marketing in the treasury.
